1. Introduction

By using the platform (whether via website or app), you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, fully agree to them, and commit to the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • User: Any natural or legal person browsing the platform, creating an account, or using its services, whether for free or paid.

3. Account and Privacy
• You must provide correct and complete information during registration, and the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
• MAQRAT is committed to protecting users’ data according to the privacy policy and will not share it with any party unless legally or operationally necessary to serve the user.

4. Usage Rules
The user undertakes to:
• Not upload any fake, illegal, or unauthorized content.
• Comply with real estate regulations, including those of the General Real Estate Authority, and immediately remove any violating advertisement.
• Not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to publish harmful or fraudulent content.
• Pay any fees incurred for paid services if used.
• Not copy or use platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from the administration.

5. Ads and Transactions
• The user is obligated to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the real estate ads or requests added.
• If a transaction (sale/rental) is completed through the platform, the user is required to pay the platform’s commission as per the approved payment policy.
• It is prohibited to display more than one property in the same ad.
• MAQRAT is not responsible for the failure of any commercial transaction, and it is the responsibility of the dealing parties to complete it within legal frameworks.

6. Account Modification or Termination
• MAQRAT reserves the right to suspend or delete any account without prior notice if any violation of the terms or regulations is detected.
• The user has the right to close their account at any time, noting that the platform is not obligated to refund any amounts paid in case of violations or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability
• MAQRAT does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that it is error-free.
• The platform bears no responsibility for any damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on any content posted by other users.
• The user is responsible for verifying the legality and accuracy of any data they interact with.
